-275 x 4
-315 x 3 - just keeping it light and easy today
Deadlift:
-135 x 5
-225 x 5
-315 x 5
-375 x 5,5,5 This wasn't too bad.
Pullups:
-BW x 5
-45 x 5,5,5 Light today.
