Today was a great workout. Didn't hit anything big, and light weights felt harder than they should have, probably from bowling beforehand, but I had fun and was motivated to lift!

Wednesday - Better workout, but still pretty out of it

This was better, my motivation was higher, but since doing more martial arts, not only more often but just more physically demanding stuff, I was still sore and sluggish. I took a quick workout that didn't get heavy, but at least I lifted.

Seems like with all the woodworking I'm doing, along with more taekwondo, my energy to lift is down major. Hopefully it will come back.

Thursday - Snatch, Back Squat

Some various exercises but I only went heavy in snatch and back squat. Front squats and cleans weren't feeling too good so I dropped them while they were light.

These were feeling really heavy.

Snatch:

-70 x m,m,1,m,1 (these weren't feeling heavy, I just wasn't finishing the pull)

Felt terrible, stopped.

I misloaded here. I thought I did 140, 150, 155, but it turns out I did 140, 145, 150 by mistake, so I got overtired for that last miss. I knew it felt too easy...
