RDL:
-This was supposed to be heavier, but I am re-learning the RDL movement, so that I can actually use my hamstrings instead of my back. Worked up to a weight I was able to use only hamstrings for, any heavy just I lifted it with my back. It helped to take my oly shoes off and put my toes on plates.

Friday - Worst Training Ever - New Program
Barely slept and was really rushed in training. I couldn't do the squats. I didn't warm up for anything. It sucked. Really bad. The program looks good though. Traffic was long and I didn't have much time to lift. Next time, it will be better.

Baltimore Open 2012
Coming out of not much training over winter break and two weeks of school thrown together, I wasn't expecting much. I hadn't snatched over 90 since December and I hadn't clean and jerked much at all. Also, I hurt my back.
Snatched 85 alright, then missed 92 twice. Wasn't heavy.
Clean and jerked a nice 120, 125, and 130 for a PR. Total 215.
No video, but I will post pictures.

Friday - Last Day Before Baltimore Open
Light workout today.
Snatch:

Still haven't decided on my openers. I can't say I really prepared well for this competition, but I think I may do ok. Probably will open at 85 and 120. Stay conservative. If the warmup goes great I can always bump up to 90 & 122 or something.

Wednesday - Mostly Jerks
Need to get the numbers from my car, but I jerked up to a max from the rack. Got 122, missed 127 and 130 with close misses. 127 a bit in front. 130 just couldn't lock it out.
