Friday - Worst Training Ever - New Program

Barely slept and was really rushed in training. I couldn't do the squats. I didn't warm up for anything. It sucked. Really bad. The program looks good though. Traffic was long and I didn't have much time to lift. Next time, it will be better.

Day 1 of New Program

PSn + Hang SN + Snatch:
-40 x 1 (1 means 1 of each lift, so 3)
-50 x 1
-65 x 1,1
-69 x 1,1,1

Snatch Balance:
-69 x 3,3
-74 x 3,3,3

Back Squat:
-skipped

Clean Shrug:
-from high blocks
-150 x 5,5,5,5,5

Chins:
-BW x 10
