First day back from furlough.

Pullovers:
-50 x 8
-60 x 8
-90 x 10,10,10

Back Squat:
-135 x 5
-225 x 5
-315 x 5,5,5
Slightly slower tempo than usual.

Chins:
-BW x 10,10
