Wow, after not pressing for probably over a year, my press is pathetic.

Press:
-95 x 8
-115 x 5
-125 x  4 (sadly, too heavy for the first time in months)
-115 x 5,5,3 (wow)

RDL:
-135 x 10
-225 x 8
-315 x 5,5,5
