Today was better than Monday. Started to feel it come back, a bit.
Pullups:
-BW x 5,6,7,6,5 (well this still sucks...)
Single Standing Flies (machine): #3 x 10,10
Side standing twists (machine): #3 x 10
I was waiting for the squat rack.
Squat:
-135 x 6
-225 x 5
-275 x 3
-315 x 3,3,3 This was much easier than Monday.
Press:
-35# bar I think + 70 = 105ish x 5,5,5
From now on this bar weighs 35 lbs.
EDIT:
Looking back I believe this is the day I hurt my rhomboid.
