Saturday - Lifting

Bench Press (DB):

Front Squat:

Pullup:

Clean and Jerk:
-2x2x132 (60kg)
Crunch:
-3x20
Leg Raise:
-3x20

I have decided to do DB bench from now for the next 6 weeks, or roughly a month and a half. Or until I stall.
