Monday - Lifting and Kendo

*was tired for deadlifting, so couldn't do much weight

Kendo was afterward, did a bunch of practice striking then sparred for a good 30 minutes. Very tired by the end, took a nap when I got back. Good practice, too bad I won't be able to do it again for 2 weeks.
