Back feeling much better today.

Split squat
50 lbs each hand x 10,10,10

Pullups
BW x 15,15,13

KB Swing - light today because of back
30 x 30,30,30 (15 each side)

Cable Crunch
100 x 8,8,8,8 - need to figure out the best way to do this

Isometric split hold 
40 x 3
