Front Squat/Back Squat
Pullup/Chinnup (weighted)
Crunch

--Clean and Jerk
--Clean Pull

Day 2:
Overhead Press (BB/DB)
Pendlay Row/Bent-Over Row (BB)
Deadlift
Crunch
--Clean
--Clean and Jerk
--Clean Pull
