Goal with the snatches was to drop really low with it. I was doing well until the weights started to get heavier, then my fatigue showed. A lot.

Front Squat:

Notes:
-the snatches sucked, and the cleans weren't much better. However, I nailed the press reps and PRed in the front squat, so overall a decent workout I think.
