Went into this session feeling pretty tired. I had a long day and I squatted in the morning, so I was feeling pretty weak. Snatches at 70 felt heavy off the floor. Clean and jerks felt terrible during warmup, so I cut the workout short. Its alright, I got the squatting in this morning. Also I had a weird feeling in my left shoulder when I shrugged it up. A light session.
