Foam rolling for the left shoulder blade, I did something weird and painful to it
Notes:
-it wasn't hurting that bad last night after lifting but this morning (this is the next day) I am having a bunch of pain in the left middle trap area, by the shoulder blade. Happens when I reach, stretch my head down, stretch my arms, and pull the shoulders back slowly. I think its from a squat that I rounded the upper back on the left side or just messed it up or something. Then exascerbated with the weighted situps with the plate behind the head.
