Friday - more lifting, Squat 375

In the gym again. Its easy to go after work, and its not crowded till later, so hopefully I can keep doing this often.

Back Squat:
-185 x 6
-205 x 5
-215 x 5 (working in with someone else)
-275 x 5
-315 x 3
-355 x 1
-375 x 1
-315 x 3

Just an easy single.
