Bench Press:

Leg Raise:
-1x12,10,10,10
Calf Raise:
-3x15x150
Pullup:
-5x5

*I did this after getting two cavities drilled with no Novocaine. Wasn't totally in the mood to work out.
*Failed on the last set of bench on rep 4.
*Did the last set of pullups with a wide grip.
