-Hang Power Clean, Bent Row, Deadlift, Press, Back Squat, all for 5 reps x 3 sets
Notes:
-the barbell was slick and thick, couldn't clean much so decided to do some other stuff. Got a good back workout.
-The complex was what some guys were doing and I didn't really know what to do with myself so I worked in with them.
