Squats:
-135 lbs x 5
-225 x 5
-300 x 3, 1
-225 x 5

Bench Press:
-230 lbs x 5, 4, 4

Chins:
-45 lbs x 2
-90 x 1
-135 x .5
-115 x 1

Single Leg RDL:
-75 x 10, 10

Notes:
-I am not ready to squat heavy the day after maxing snatches and clean and jerks
-took a quick rest after rep 3 set 3 on bench
-squats were hard
