Wednesday - Mini Squat Test
Tried some heavier singles today, with pretty good results. I got an 88% squat, missed a 91% but I think if I had rested a bit more I would have it.
Squat:
-135 x 5
-185 x 5
-225 x 4
-265 x 3
-285 x 2
-305 x 1
-320 x 1
-335 x 1
-350 x miss
