Wednesday - Squat, Deadlift

On week 2 day 3 of Bulgarian program.

Squat:
-195 x 10
-250 x 8
-305 x 5
-230 x 9

Deadlift:
-135 x 3
-225 x 3
-315 x 3
-345 x 1
-375 x 1

Kept the deadlifts light and low volume. Just felt like doing some.
